FAQs
Don't have your motorcycle clothing or helmet with you? Complete rider equipment and helmets in various sizes can be hired from us on site. Additional equipment such as side cases, top cases, tank bags and navigation systems can also be requested and booked with us.
You can rent clothing and accessories from us for the duration of the motorcycle rental. Payment is made in cash on site.
We need the exact size information for the reservation.
Here are the prices for 1 day rental:
- Boots: 35 €
- Motorcycle jacket: 35 €
- Motorcycle pants: 35 €
- Motorcycle helmet: 35 €
- Gloves: 20 Euro
- Rain jacket: 10 Euro
- Rain pants: 10 Euro
- Top case: 35 Euro
- Side case: 35 Euro
- Phone holder: 10 Euro
Here are the prices for rentals longer than 1 day (the prices are to be understood ONCE per rental period, not per day):
- Boots: 50 €
- Motorcycle jacket: 50 €
- Motorcycle pants: 50 €
- Motorcycle helmet: 50 €
- Gloves: 30 Euro
- Rain jacket: 20 Euro
- Rain pants: 20 Euro
- Top case: 35 Euro
- Side case: 35 Euro
- Phone holder: 20 Euro
The navigation system is charged at 15 euros / day per rental day.
The navigation device has no routes saved.
All our rental motorcycles include liability and fully comprehensive insurance with a maximum excess of € 2,500. The excess will be blocked by credit card Visa/Mastercard or paid in cash (deposit) before the start of your trip. However, in the event of damage, only the actual amount of the damage will be charged.
When you pick up your motorcycle, we will fill out a motorcycle handover form and a rental agreement with the exact details of the motorcycle and, if available, with a detailed description of the damage. We will do the same when you return the motorcycle; the motorcycles are handed over with a full tank of gas and must be returned as such.
After your request and confirmation of availability, you will receive an invoice from us, which must be paid within 7 days. The motorcycle is only reserved for you once payment has been received. If you have to cancel the motorcycle rental, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to and including 28 days before the motorcycle rental: 25% of the rental price
- Up to and including 14 days before the motorcycle rental: 50% of the rental price
- Up to and including 7 days before the motorcycle rental: 75% of the rental price
- From and including 6 days before the motorcycle rental: 100 % of the rental price
